Hi, my name is Ally.

I currently work as a Front End Developer and my role involves the design and coding of the front-end UI of various websites for a large UK company. Working in conjunction with the Designers, our goal is to provide a great UX across the whole portfolio of products. Previous roles have required some back end work so I'm familiar with php and the Symfony2 framework.

I graduated from the University of the West of Scotland with a Bachelor of Science with distinction award in Web & Mobile Development.

Outside of web development I am an avid music fan, whether that’s finding new music to listen to or going to see my favourite arists at venues and festivals across the country. I enjoy playing the bass guitar and have experience playing gigs across the country for a semi professional band. My personal interests also include football and enjoy keeping up to date with latest technology.
